With this one I tried to do a LOT of light and camera tricks. Probably too many for one small image. Motion blur, depth of field, and transilluminosity, all built around a heavy bounced light with lost and found shadow silhouettes. It was a nightmare to compose... the things I do to myself in the name of learning.
For the depth of field (particularly the bottom right) did you paint that with a soft brush or did you make it more detailed and then blur it afterwards?
Is that Vraska?
And it came out all badass, really nice work dude!
She may be the centerpiece but all the activity around here is where the energy is. The blur adds motion to them, in a kind of charge. The depth works too, the foremost looks very close whereas the ones in the far back are clearly farther away, so good job with that! And then there's the detail and general quality of the pic but you're all over that
Well it was worth it! Amazing piece, love the reddisch color in her neck that draws you right in ^^
Ahhh this is gorgeous. Lighting looks great so the new things you tried look successful to me!
